Terms of Sale


 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They set out the agreement between you and us with respect to your purchase. By proceeding to check-out, you are agreeing to all of these terms.


 

Order Placement and Payment


 

By placing an order with us, you are making an irrevocable offer to purchase the goods specified at the price listed in the order.  Please be sure your order is correct before you submit it. Full payment in U.S. dollars of the purchase price, and any applicable taxes must be tendered with the placement of your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept any other forms of payment, and do not offer C.O.D. terms.

Shipping
  

We ship to customers in the United States only, excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America. PillowsPadsAndMore.com will not process any order for which a post office box or APO/FPO address is provided.

All shipments are sent via UPS ground and will usually be shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of the order.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive email notification of the shipping date and UPS tracking number.

Please note: Individual items are shipped separately. Orders with multiple items may ship from multiple locations and each item may not be delivered to your destination at the same time.

 

 

Return Policy / Procedure


 

1. Refunds will be issued only for products that are shipped within 15 days of you receiving your order. All returned product must be unused and include all original packing due to regulations regarding the resale of bedding products. Any returned product received after 15 days will be shipped back to you at your expense.

2. Fill out completely the return slip that was included with your order.

3. Please use the return shipping label provided. For your protection, please ship via Fed Ex Ground or United Parcel Service (UPS) with proof of delivery. If your package is lost in return shipment and if it cannot be tracked, we cannot replace it or refund your purchase.

4. A refund or product exchange will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt of your package(s). Note: Unless the return is the result of our error, a refund will not be issued for shipping charges incurred.

5. Your credit will appear on your credit card statement.


 

Warranty And Warranty Disclaimer


 

All goods are warranted by their respective manufacturers, and we pass these manufacturer warranties on to you. A copy of the written manufacturer warranty will be included with your order if it is the manufacturer's policy to do so, and may be obtained from us at any time upon request.


 

Limitation of Liability


 

IN NO EVENT WILL PillowsPadsAndMore.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS.  THIS LIMITATION APPLIES NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
